“Learning self-love” groups: What to Expect
“Learning Self-Love” Groups are bi-weekly (meet twice a month). These are process groups for individuals to discuss issues related to relational trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, and cultivating a lifestyle focused on building self-worth.
Group members will learn coping skills for the body, mind, and spirit based on mindfulness-based practices such as meditation and breathwork. Inner child work is introduced as a way to help heal past traumas and cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself and others. Learn how to put yourself first rather than last!

fee
$75/session ($150 due each month) + $250 initial evaluation (one time fee)
Attendance of both groups is required monthly to participate. You will be responsible for paying the full $150 each month, even if you only attend one session that month. A minimum of 3 months’ participation is required to join the group.
